I believe this will occur prior to the tribulation period beginning, possibly even during the Feast of Trumpets this year. Even people who aren't looking for the tribulation period to begin are noticing the events that are pointing to that happening any day now.
But I actually do believe there will be a fake rapture. Many years ago the Lord showed me that the "powers that be" will try to convince everyone that aliens abducted people so people won't believe that Jesus actually did take His people out of harms way prior to God's judgment being poured out on earth.
I believe that possibly moments after the real rapture happens, there will be a fake alien abduction. Aliens are just demons in disguise and they do have the ability to abduct people. But when people realize that not everyone missing believed in Jesus they won't believe it was the real rapture.
About a month ago I had a vision of the rapture. In this vision I was left behind and saw the reactions of the people around me to what had just happened. Many people didn't believe it was the rapture because they called themselves Christians and they were still there. They were "good people" and many even went to church every Sunday so they could not believe that the real rapture had happened.
The thing is, Jesus said no one is good except God so being good won't get you to Heaven...going to church, volunteering at church or even being a pastor does not give you a free pass to Heaven.
The only thing that will get you taken in the real rapture is being in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
It's not about religion, it's about relationship.
Do you LOVE Jesus? Do you try to please Him or are you more focused on you and your wants and needs? Do you tell others about Jesus or are you ashamed to do that because someone might make fun of you?
If people can be so proud of their sin, can't we as Christians be proud of our Savior? If we deny Him before men, Jesus said He will deny us before God.
I am proud to be a Christian, proud of Jesus because even though I didn't deserve His love or forgiveness, He still loved and forgave me and made my life worth living.
If you don't know Him yet, please run to Him while there is still time. He loves you so much and is waiting right there for you to call on Him.
Jesus Really Does Love You
