There are more and more news stories coming out and more and more people talking about the end of the world in September. We know the world won't end this September since the tribulation period hasn't even begun. Then the millennial reign of Christ has to happen then satan will be released again for an unmentioned amount of time before the new Heaven and new Earth will appear.
There is a lot of speculation about what will take place in September. I have to admit that it has changed the way I live my life.
As I've mentioned previously, I believe Jesus will return for His Bride during the Feast of Trumpets…in some year…very possibly this year, if not then I truly believe it will be next year at the latest. But the more time that goes by the more I believe it will be this year.
We've probably all played this little game in our minds at some point or another…if you only had two months to live what would you do? Well, that scenario is very likely to be true if you are a born again believer. So if you only had two months left what would be truly important to you to make sure you accomplish?
For me, I have been praying more fervently for my loved ones who aren't saved. I've been trying to spend more time with people and less time fussing about things that won't matter if they get done or not. I've been searching my soul for anything that may be unpleasing to God, any residue of resentment or un-forgiveness that may be hiding away inside. I've been trying to make sure that I take every opportunity to share the love of Jesus with anyone who will listen, even if it makes me sound crazy.
I've been planning as if nothing will happen but living as if it will. Life will go on after September, with or without the rapture taking place but we need to start living, each and every day like it could be our last.
I challenge you, anyone who is reading this post, start thinking like we only have a few weeks left; start doing the things that are important to you. Get your heart and soul right with Jesus Christ and pray for strength and guidance and share the love of Jesus with the people in your path.
Plan like it won't happen but live like it will.
God Bless!
